The site and all the associated rights are fully owned by S.A. Solution-Lens.com. Any reproduction, whether full or partial, requires the company’s approval. However, hypertext links to the site can be made without a specific request being required.



1. Acceptance of conditions
Client agrees that they are aware of the specific conditions of sale on this screen when they place an order and state that they accept them without reservation.
These General Conditions of Sale define the contractual relation between S.A. Solution-Lens.com and their Client and the two parties accept them without reservation. These General Conditions of Sale supersede and cancel all other conditions on any other document unless there is a specific written prior derogation.


2. Products
The photographs of the products are not contractual. Solution-Lens.com is not responsible for any errors that may occur.


3. Order
The automatic registration systems are considered as sufficient proof of the nature, the content and the date of order. Solution-Lens.com will confirm to Client that the order has been accepted using the e-mail address that Client has given. The sale is not completed until the order has been verified. Solution-Lens.com has the right to cancel any order from a client with whom there is a dispute relating to payment for an earlier order. The information given by Client when making an order is their responsibility: in the event of an error in the delivery address, Solution-Lens.com can not be held responsible if it is impossible to deliver the order. The client must add Solution-Lens.com Email address to its contact list to be sure to receive all the messages related to his order.


4. Delivery
After confirming an order, Solution-Lens.com agrees to send the items within a maximum of 72 working hours. Parcels are sent by post land or airmail service, and by express mail when required, depending on the rates and Client’s preferences to deliver the order to the address given by Client. Client must track his order or will have to pay for a second shipping in case it is returned: a signature is needed to receive orders and we pay to offer a tracking number, so customers are responsible about it.
All orders made with Solution-Lens.com are for the personal use of Client and Client or the person receiving the order. Solution-Lens.com accepts no legal responsibility if tax payments are not made by Client. Delivery is made by post office in accordance with Client’s choice for delivery to it's country when available. Delivery is made within the time frame agreed with Client by the product being handed directly to the addressee, or if they are absent, to another person authorised by Client. Client has no right to claim damages for any lateness of delivery. Solution-Lens.com is released from its obligation to supply by reason of a force majeure which may include but is not limited to flooding, landslide, earthquake, tsunami, war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and supply failures. The goods are dispatched at addressee’s risk. Always check your parcel upon arrival. You have 24 hours to indicate any shortages or damage to the carrier. For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered in several parcels to a Client but Client only pays for one delivery in this case. If Client requires delivery to 2 addresses, he must make two orders and each will have its own delivery charge.
We track every single shipment so that your order arrives on time and we will do our best to provide support on any shipping issue that arise. We are committed to delivering effective, high-quality products and we offer customers a 7-days money-back guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied with any product for any reason, simply return the unused item within 7 days and you’ll receive a full refund. It’s our way of guaranteeing your complete satisfaction. To receive your refund you must follow our guidelines exactly as we instruct. This is to ensure that you will be refunded without delay. Failure to do so may result in your having to wait up to 90 days for a refund or refund to be refused.
Client is responsible for his order and cannot refuse it for any reason or the order won't be refunded when it is returned. Having a new tracking number is compulsory to return any order and we are not responsible for orders returned without a tracking number from Client's post office. Returning for late delivery reason any order that has been delivered less than 30 days after the payment date is not possible even when Client estimates that this order has been delivered too late. In the rare cases when customs clearance requires payment of any importation tax it is possible that Solution-Lens.com refunds part of the payment made by Client by offering free products but no confirmation can be made and is valid before effective payment of the fee. Client must send an invoice issued by customs department after payment and will get a reply within few days to know if the paid tax can be refunded with free products. The maximum refund possible cannot exceed half of the price paid by client when making an order on Solution-Lens.com.



5. Cancellation and 7 days return policy

It is not possible to cancel an order because a free item is not available. We reserve the right to change any free contact lenses selected by customers that are not available.
For sanitary reasons all products purchased through us are final sale, non-returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless under these circumstances:
- defective lens in unopened vial
- torn/broken (manufacture defect)
- wrong product received because of the shop not shipping the correct items
- any other reason that is not Client's choice or decision, or that is not the result of Client's action
In these specific cases Client has 7 days (from the delivery) to return his order. If the client wants a refund for his purchase, he should contact our customer service at http://www.solution-lens.com/contact before sending the article(s) back in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all the accessories. Solution-Lens.com Customer Service will give the client instructions and other needed documentation. Upon receiving, items must show no signs of wear (vials must be sealed and unopened) otherwise Client request for exchange will be voided/refused.
Seller is not responsible for accidental damages or product wear caused by Client.
Should Client use his right of cancellation, Solution-Lens.com will refund all payments made by Client, excluding the cost of returning the goods and the cost of initial delivery of the products (delivery is free but not if order is canceled). The refund will be made within 90 days. Any return of goods will have to be done within 7 days following the delivery. If not, the reimbursement or exchange will not be possible. If Client wants to order new products to replace the returned items no gift included in the first delivery will be offered for second shipping. Also, Client has to pay for the shipping of the replacing order. No return will be accepted for late delivery caused by recipient post office service or customer who didn't pick up his parcel on time. It is not possible to return corrective contact lenses (lenses with correction/degre/RX) for any reason because these items are especially bought one by one for customers who need them but cannot find them anywhere. Solution-Lens.com is not seller of any lens with correction that can be sold only with prescription from a doctor, so these contact lenses are not included in this policy.

Customers must check their contact lenses before opening the vials and no return will be accepted for any defect that could be seen before opening the vials. After 7 days no return will be accepted for any reason. Contact lenses that are not sold at the "standard" $19.90 price cannot be changed.

 

6. Price
The prices are in US Dollar ($US).
Prices on product sheets include delivery costs. They do not include any special taxes that depend on your own country.
The price shown on the order confirmation is the final price and it will not be subject to change, it includes all taxes. This price includes the product price, handling, packaging and storage costs, delivery and installation.


7. Payment
The price invoiced to Client is the price shown on the order confirmation sent to them by Solution-Lens.com.
The price of the products is payable at the time of purchase on the day the order becomes effective.
Payment can be made by credit cards and banks cards. We accept any cards as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and their partners.
In order to ensure the safety of your personal information, we use Paypal, the on-line transactions world’s leader.
PayPal is a specialized service for online payment processing and the safest payment service. PayPal guarantees the secure transfer of sensitive user data. If you are still unsure about using PayPal and/or unfamiliar with its services, please read more about PayPal on the Official PayPal Website. With this system, your payment by bank card is directly transferred to Paypal’s secure server. Your card number is never communicated to us. The exchanges are coded with a SSL 3 protocol (Secure Socket Layer), the world best standard for secure online payments used by most web browsers as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Opera.
The order confirmed by Client will not be considered as effective until the bank payment centre has authorised it. In the event that this centre refuses it, the order is automatically cancelled and Client advised by e-mail. Additionally, Solution-Lens.com has the right to cancel any order from a client with whom there is an unresolved dispute.


8. Jurisdiction
This agreement is subject to the laws of Belgium. Solution-Lens.com cannot be held responsible for damage of any sort, whether actual, theoretical or personal that may result from the poor operation of one of the products sold. This also applies for any changes made to products by their manufacturers. For all and any claim, the responsibility of Solution-Lens.com is limited to the value of the order and is not engaged for simple errors or omissions that may occur despite all the precautions taken in presenting the products. In case of difficulties in applying this agreement, Client has the obligation, prior to any legal action, of seeking an agreed solution specifically with the assistance of a professional association for the sector, a consumer’s association or any other adviser of their choice.
It should be noted that seeking an agreed solution does not interrupt the "short delay" of legal guarantees nor the contractual length of this guarantee. It should also be noted that as a general rule, with the reservation that the courts can change their approach, the respect of the clause of this contract in respect of the guarantee assumes that Client has met his financial obligations to Solution-Lens.com.

Any claims or disputes will be attentively and carefully evaluated and those who take the trouble to explain the circumstances are always presumed to be honest. In the event of a dispute, Client should first contact the company to try and find an agreed solution.
Should this fail, Belgium courts are the only competent court whatever the place of delivery and whatever means of payment is accepted.


9. Guarantee
Solution-Lens.com cannot be held responsible for a failure to respect the current regulations or laws in the destination country. Solution-Lens.com responsibility is always limited to the value of the product in question, valued at its date of sale and without the possibility of claims against he trademark or the manufacturer.
In all circumstances, Client has a legal guarantee against vices and hidden faults. Provided that Client can demonstrate that there is a hidden defect, Vendor is legally obliged to repair all the consequences. The client service can be contacted 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.


10. Legal notice
The collection of personal information is compulsory for mail order sales and this information is essential for preparing and delivering orders, preparing invoices and guarantee agreements. A failure to provide this information will result in an order not being accepted. As required by the law (Data protection law), the use of Client’s personal data must be declared to the National Commission and Client has a right of access, modification, correction and deletion of data about themselves which they can exercise via S.A. Solution-Lens.com. Additionally, S.A. Solution-Lens.com agrees not to communicate, free of charge or for payment, the addresses of its clients to any other third party.
