Contact Lenses Stuck in Vials Because of Cold Transportation Temperature
Hello i ordered dueba natural grey which arrived. But the contacts are stuck to the bottle and look dried out, i have tried waiting for them to get soaked in, but they are still dry stuck to the side of bottle. I have not opened any bottle so i would like a new one sent.

Do not worry, this is very usual. ​Your contact lenses are fine, they have just been flying at very low temperature during transportation.
What you need to do is put the vials few minutes in lukewarm water, then you will be able to use them. If it doesn’t work at first, try warmer water.
