How have you been? I’ve been working in a little project I was asked. Hope it’s done soon and I can tell you what it is about… it has taken months.

Onto the review!! I was really curious about Hanabi Gold circle lens as the stock pictures were really pretty. So I decided to buy a pair at www.solution-lens.com.

As in my other purchases the process was really neat and simple. My package arrived in about 3 weeks which was good considering we were on holidays. The parcel was the regular bag filled in bubble wrap and the lenses were securely wrapped one against the other and they included, as always, a lens case. I found it cute that the cases matched the color of the lenses I had ordered: blue for the blue ones, white for the brown ones and yellow for the yellow ones!
Como en mis anteriores compras, el proceso fue muy bueno y sencillo. Mi paquete llegó en mas o menos 3 meses, lo cual estuvo bien teniendo en cuenta que estábamos en fiestas. El paquete, como el anterior, vino en una bolsa de papel forrada con papel burbuja para protegerlo. Los lentes estaban envueltos uno contra el otro.

I really liked the color, it’s more of a yellow tone than gold but what I liked was that it’s noticeable. I always find that the color isn’t as vibrant as the stock photos, but this lenses are pretty much close or at least you can tell it’s yellow for a normal distance.
En verdad me gustó el color, es más amarillo que dorado, pero lo que me gusta de ellos es que se nota una vez puestos. Siempre me pasa que me enamoro del color de los lentes de la foto de stock y luego cuando llegan no son así, pero estos lentes sí se nota el amarillo y son visibles a una distancia corta.

This is my first time buying lenses from Vassen and I was really surprised with the comfort. I normally tear a lot (specially with EOS) I suppose because of my astigmatism. But with this ones I almost had no problem which made me really happy. So, After like a minute I don’t feel them at all. As recommend them I used them just for 8 hours with no problem at all.
Esta es mi primera vez comprando lentes de Vassen y me sorprendió mucho la comodidad. Normalmente lagrimeo la vida (especialmente con cualquier lente de cualquier línea de EOS) supongo por mi astigmatismo. Pero con estos casi no tuve problema, lo cual me hizo bastante feliz!! Masomenos luego de 1 minuto no los sentí para nada. Como se recomienda, sólo los he usado por un máximo de 8 horas y no he tenido ningún problema.

This are 14.5mm lenses, they do a pretty good job but not as my 15mm lenses. They look quite big though because the “hole” (sorry dunno how to call it) is really big which gives an animal look. My mom said I looked like a cat or as if I were high… I think I’ll stick with the cat look.
Estos son lentes de 14.5mm, hacen un buen trabajo, pero no me dan ese alien look de mis lentes de 15mm. Lo que sí es que se ven más grandes que un 14.5 normal porque el agujero (no se como decirlo) es bastante grande lo que da un look medio animal. Mi madre dice que me veo como un gato o como si estuviera drogada… yo prefiero la idea de verme como un gato xD

This lenses are not for you if what you want is a more natural look. I’d recommend them for a fancy look or maybe a costume (if you’re not a fan of crazy colors as me). But they give you a really lovely cat look with a noticeable color from afar.
Estos lentes no son naturales ni sirven para ese propósito. Los recomendaría para una fiesta o para un disfraz (a menos seas fanático de los colores locos como yo). Pero dan un lindo efecto y son visibles a la distancia.
