If you cannot find your tracking number in your account please wait 24 hours and check again.
You can type your tracking number on your local post office website but if your order has just been shipped it is normal that you do not find any information: details about your order will be available when your parcel will be in your country.
We are sorry but we cannot reply to all messages requesting tracking numbers as we always add them to customers accounts when orders are shipped. Just check your account and you will find your tracking number.
Also, as delivery can take from 5 days to 2 weeks depending on the destination country we cannot reply to messages asking “where is my order?’ before 2 weeks as delivery delay does not depend on us but on your customs and post office (we send all parcels as gifts so no customs duty has to be paid but you still have to wait that customs clear your parcel and it can take 1 full week).
