Solution Lens Customer Service Review

I’m Bogi from Hungary. If I order contact lenses, I always order from you. Until now everything was fine, all of the products were amazing and I was very happy with the lenses.
Now I ordered 2(+1) pairs, and I’m very sad to inform you that I have a complain.
My ordering number was: #52082 (18/09/2018)
And the problem was with MIMI COLORNINE RED CONTACT LENS. The other two are great and I love them, and I’m thankful for them, but my favorite was the red lens mentionned below and now I’m very sad because of it.
When I got the lenses, everything was OK, I tried all of them, I loved them. I tried the red lenses for a second time, they were OK, but when I wanted to try it the third time, I saw a small splitting. I thought it was nothing, I put it on, but after a while, I had to put it out because it hurt. It was almost half splitted. I send you a picture about it.
I’m sad because I loved the red lenses very much, and now I only have a half pair. It never happened before, I had 4 pairs, and I always took a good care for my lenses.
I’d be really happy if I could get only the 1 red lens or something. As it is used, I can’t even sell the 1 lens nor use it alone.
