Hi my name is Antonio Figueroa, i recently ordered a pair of contact lens by the name of DUEBA TONY GRAY CONTACT LENS 14.00 MM. I received them in the mail today but you sent the wrong ones. Its the second time this happens, but its the first time i decide to complain about them because i paid what i paid for them. Is there any way you can resend the ones i specifically ordered? its the fourth pair i buy and i really like them.

We are sorry if you haven’t received the correct products but please check your contact lenses carefully and ignore the labels and anything written on the vials. It often happens that customers think that they haven’t received the correct products when orders are actually correct 99% of the time:
Stickers and vials can change without notice but you have received the correct products.
If you want to show us that you haven’t received what you have bought, you must send us clear pictures of the contact lenses seen on our shop and pictures of the received products. If they look similar, even if the distributor brand and or labels are different, it means that you have received the correct products.
Diameter of contact lenses also is the one that you can see, not the one written on labels, as what is written can change in different countries.
– We need to ask you to check the lenses size and colors, not only trust what is written on the lids and labels because it often happen that manufacturers put wrong labels on the contact lens vials. Also, some contact lenses show a smaller diameter on the label because the biggest lenses are illegal in some countries where they are sold (manufacturers make only 1 label and sell their products worldwide).
– We buy contact lenses from many distributors who get these products from Korean manufacturers and apply their own labels and brands, so contact lenses are the ones that we declare even if labels (on vials and lids) show anything else. Diameter is always the one that we declare even it is written anything else.
– Contact lenses do not always exactly look like what you can see on the photos because it depends on your natural eyes color, so please make sure that you haven’t received the correct products before sending us pictures. It is easy to know that you have received the correct products if you look closely.
Please reply to this message to send us pictures of the products that you have received (photo of all the lenses + photo of the lids) and we will compare them with the photos of the products that have been shipped.
Please do not send only photos of the lids or only photos of the lenses, we need both or we won’t be able to check your order. We keep a record of all the products that we send and we will check these photos too.

I did check the lenses they are bigger than my pupil i tried them on they look blue.
