    Hey guys i wanted to say sorry because yesterday i just got a notification from my post office in my country that my package just arrived. I know i said i was going to dispute but i was worry cause i thought i was going to lose my money but now i would definitively do business with you in the near future… just as you said it might have taken two weeks to get here, i will send pictures of the lenses soon. You guys were very trustworthy since the beginning but sometimes i am very desperate once again my apologies and thank you for your service, i hope to hear from you soon

    Thank you so much for the free gifts, not expecting them! Delivery delayed as they redirected to pop station instead of allowing me to choose redelivery.

    After 5 days (i was too busy to collect from pop station), they transferred the package to the general post office on 22nd Dec. Upon calling them, they advised me to collect on 26th.

They also look so stunning and natural. I will send you photo with and without so you will see. I want to buy some more,maybe natural blue. Best lenses.     so i just recently received my order from you, which was supposed to consist the Dueba- Tony: Grey 14.2 Dueba- Tony: Gold 14.2 & the Dueba- Hidrocor: Grey (the Tony Gold being received as my free lens.)
    However after looking over my order with you, ive realised that one of my items is wrong atm!!? so ive already received the 2 Dueba Tony in both Grey & Gold, but im missing the Dueba Hidrocor in Grey tho…? Instead receiving a different item, which is actually your Princess Series Mimi: WMM-303 P0.00 (pretty sure its a green pair of contact lens)
    Therefore was wondering IF theres something you can do about this, in order to exchange the mistaken contact lens i received & actually have the one i originally ordered to begin with instead…? OR prehaps able to exchange it for your Dueba Hidrocor in Green instead, since i dont think my Tony Grey suits me too well atm either, but thats completely up to you tho… ill just be happy IF u could just exchange this one ive received -to the one ive order at least…?

      We are sorry but the correct price is always the one that is displayed on products pages. When contact lenses cost more than $19.90 or $29.90 there is always a reason that you can know by reading the entire page.

      Most of the time the reason is that some products are not available and we are sorry but it is not possible to know when OUT OF STOCK products will we available again. Korean factories do not inform distributors, so we can only wait and you can only check sometimes if products are back in stock.

      But as we offer more than 2000 different contact lenses it is not difficult to find similar items, so customers who do not want to wait, pre-order or pay more, just have to find what they really like on our store.

      Less than 1% of our products cost more than $19.90 and we are sorry but when some contact lenses are out of stock or when we have to outsource them, they ​cost $29.90, $39.90 or $49.90.
      It means that we must get them from a different supplier in Korea and that the price won’t be reduced before 3 to 6 months at least.
      Unfortunately it also often happens that contact lenses that are now out of stock are not proposed anymore from the factory even after 6 months, so we cannot confirm any future availability at cheaper price.
      Also, some contact lenses are always sold at higher price than $19.90 because of the manufacturer and they will never be sold at standard $19.90 price.

      Anyway it is easy to know the price of each item because customers just need to add them to their cart and try to checkout.

      When contact lenses are out of stock you can pre-order them by adding them to your cart as if you were ordering available items, the only difference being that you will have to wait until they become available.

      We are sorry but it is not possible to exactly know when some products will be available and at what price, so the best solution is to find similar contact lenses because all brands sell similar products:

    I hope you are well , I am a regular customer and I have been buying your contacts for the last 5 years and I was just about to put my next order in and I see alot has changed from when I last ordered.
    Your payment is now in USD instead of AUD which makes my order over $50+ more then your deal price. And many of the contacts I used to buy are now $49.80 each pair.
    How can we work around this 🙁
    Im very disappointed to see the price increase in many of my favourite products and to top it off the total amount changes at check out too
    I love your contacts and I dont want to stop buying just because they have become so much more expensive then I use to buy them at.
